Bad day..

When a day starts off bad and it only gets worse makes me want to just crawl under my pillow and go to sleep. That is how I am feeling right about now! After picking up Brady from school..his wheezing and coughing was completely out of control only to find out that the doctors office is closed for lunch..how convenient. SO after patiently waiting for them to come back from lunch I was informed that they would only get a refill request faxed from the pharmacy. So I call our local pharmacy and they faxed over a request. Waited two hours never heard anything so I call the docs office again..apparently they didn't get. Well FINALLY the Rx was at the pharmacy and ready to be filled. THEN I get the phone call ...ummm Mrs McGregor we don't have this medicine in stock and after calling a few pharmacies in your area we were unable to locate the Rx. GREAT! SO I start calling and of course have no luck...while all this was taking place my wonderful now 4 year old daughter decided this would be a great opportunity to paint her toes, fingernails and legs. Hopefully I will get the medicine Brady needs tomorrow but until then... is it bedtime yet??

Brady and Private School

Brady's handwriting as of today..it's amazing that he writes better than I do. =)
Brady's handwriting in November--he had never done cursive writing until he started his new school.
__________________________
You know when you make a decision and your not sure how it will turn out and when it does turn out right it's the best decision you could have ever made?? Well that is what we have realized with Brady and his schooling. Last year in September we happened to be coming from a baseball game during fall ball and Nick saw a banner that said "private school now enrolling." We had been struggling all through the summer and into the new school year that the elementary school where Brady was attending was NOT where Brady needed to be. Not knowing if we could afford it, would Brady be ok leaving his friends he had known for 2 years, and many more questions we were not sure what to do. We decided to a tour of the school and prayed for a whole month about this decision. The right doors opened and we knew that Brady needed to attend this awesome school in Haslet. He started in October and the school has surpassed all of our expectations and he is excelling so much here. I am so thankful that God opened the right doors for us and that this once again confirms that God is absolutely 100% in control and that if we just look to him for the answers he will provide.

Happy 4th Birthday Emily!!

Today my daughter turns 4 at 12:01pm. Wow..how time flies by! I remember just the other day when she arrived all 7lb 7oz of her. That day was filled with joy as I became a mom a second time and Brady became a big brother. The most memorable moment is when Brady brought her a bear that he had made and gave it to her and to his surprise Emily had one waiting for him.

Happy Birthday Emily and I Love you.
